Hunyuan Chen Silk Reeling Spiral Power Qi Gong

Silk Reeling Spiral Power Qi Gong is a set of exercises derived from movements in the Chen Tai Chi Form.  The exercises utilize spiraling motions throughout the body, which loosens the joints and helps circulate Chi or energy.

Chen Tai Chi Chuan

Developed over 300 years ago, Chen Tai Chi Chuan is known for its use of spiraling movements, low stances, and the principles of Yin & Yang.

Chen Pao Choi

Pao Choi translates to “Cannon Fist” and is the second form in our Tai Chi training, it's focus being the issuing of martial power and cultivation of the warrior spirit.  The movement and philosophy of the Pao Choi form is similar to to that of Hsing-I Chuan and is based on the 5 element theory.  Training includes standing meditation, martial Qi Gong exercises, and form training.  Students must complete the Chen Tai Chi form before enrolling in this class.

Dragon Style Ba Gua Zhang

Ba Gua Zhang is an internal martial art that shares the same principles as Tai Chi, but is distinguished  by circular footwork patterns, continuous movement, and open palm techniques.  The essence of Ba Gua is based on the eight trigrams of the I-Ching, or Book of Changes.  Ba Gua training includes Ba Gua Qi Gong, Circle Walking, and Dragon Ba Gua form training.

Taoist Meditative Qi Gong

This class emphasizes the cultivation of Essence, Energy, and Spirit.  Tao Philosophy and Meditative Qi Gong are the main components of this class and provide the student with a strong foundation in the Taoist principles of Internal Alchemy and Transformation.  The class embodies the essence of the Tao Institute and Master Paolillo’s teachings.  Taoist Meditative Qi Gong training includes Silk Reeling Spiral Power exercises, standing and sitting meditative qi gong, and Taoist philosophy.

Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu 

The Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu class will include Silk Reeling Spiral Power Qi Gong, stretching, martial art basic techniques, Praying Mantis "Bumbo" form, Praying Mantis 2 person set and the Soft Mantis Form.  

Tao Style Internal Kung Fu

The Tao Style is an advanced style of internal martial arts that cultivates creative energy in the practitioner.  The principles of Chen Tai Chi, Dragon Ba Gua, and Tao Philosophy act as a foundation for the advanced forms included in this training.  Tao Style also includes Praying Mantis technique, Ba Gua post training, multi-person, and free style training.  The emphasis on this training is formlessness. 

Kids Kung Fu

This is a class for children ages 5 - 12.  Though this is a Kung Fu class, the class is taught from a non-violent point of view.  The children are taught stretching, qi gong, meditation, and Praying Mantis/Ba Gua form training.  This class will cultivate discipline, patience, and a calm mind in all of our young students.

Yoga with Ryan

Flow Yoga class for all experience levels.  This class is very beginner friendly.
